FY2006 ASSESSMENTS
The current tax bills are based on
the FY2006 assessments. These assessments are the values used for
calculating tax bills for the current fiscal year, July 1, 2005 to
June 30, 2006.
The tables below provide assessment
information on over 11,000 parcels. The same information is
presented in two different tables, sorted by address and
map/lot/unit.
Each record
contains 16 fields of information:

Parcel coordinates for the assessors maps. The
identifier, Unit, is blank, except for condominiums |

Includes street number and name |

Use |
Residential, Commercial, vacant, etc. |

Style |
For residential, may be cape, ranch, etc. |

Building Area |
Gross - total floor area of the main structure, including
decks, basement, porch, etc. |

Effective - area weighted by value. One hundred square feet of
bedroom is worth 10 times 100 sq ft of deck. |

Living - living space only; kitchen, bedroom, bath, etc. |

Building - the main building only |

Outbuilding - shed, detached garage, etc. |
