Agenda and Discussion Item Policy
To be placed on the CPC’s agenda
for a discussion, please submit a letter to the committee requesting to be
put on the agenda for this purpose with an explanation or questions about your
interest for the committee to review.
As much information as is
available would be appreciated for the committee to review prior to their
meeting.
The public is always welcome at
the meetings; however, discussion of concerns without prior submittals may be
limited, due to lack of information or time constraints.
The deadline for these submittals
is the Wednesday before the next meeting.
Information is to
be delivered to the Community Development Office, (nine copies.)
