OPEN SPACE RECREATION PLAN UPDATE

The Community Preservation Committee has undertaken the five year update of the Town of Tewksbury's Open Space Recreation Plan. The Plan is an inventory of all current Town open space and recreation facilities. In addition, the plan will make recommendations for future policies regarding open space, conservation, and recreation facilities. The Committee is working with the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments in completing this update. Once the Town has an updated plan, it will be able to apply for certain State grant programs.
