plans filed with this Board. Said property is located at 960 Main Street, Assessor’s
Map 47,
6:35 P.M. JDS Enterprises, LLC in accordance with a Ruling On Motion
to Dismiss and Motion To Remand in the case of JDS Enterprises, LLC v.
Tewksbury Zoning Board of Appeals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Housing
Appeals Committee No. 01-11 whereby said matter is remanded by the Committee to
the Zoning Board of Appeals for a comprehensive permit under Massachusetts
