Welcome
to the Town of Tewksbury Building Department web site. Our goal is
to provide the residents of Tewksbury with as comprehensive as
possible guide to our department, the requirements of the
Massachusetts State Building Code and the Zoning By-Laws of the
Town of Tewksbury. We welcome your suggestions as to how to make
this site more responsive to your needs.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To enforce the Massachusetts State Building Code and the Town of
Tewksbury Zoning By-Laws. To enforce these codes and by-laws with
impartiality and courtesy, to respect the constitutional rights of
all people, and to provide services to the citizens of Tewksbury
that will enhance their quality of life and public safety.
