TEWKSBURY PLANNING BOARD

ZONING BYLAW SUBCOMMITTEE

 

Created on April 8, 2002 to follow-up on stand-alone issues that did not make the warrant for Spring 2002 Special Town Meeting. Members include: Vincent Spada, subcommittee chair, David Plunkett, and Nancy Reed. The Subcommittee will use the same “Public Workshop” format that was used for the Zoning Bylaw Recodification.

 

Proposed Process

·        Notice will be provided by the following means:

1-     Press releases to the local papers

2-     Public access cable announcement

3-     Internet site: www.tewksbury.info

·        The subcommittee will convene in an informal fashion to discuss the items as noticed.

·        Recommendations will be forwarded to the Planning Board for discussion and acceptance at one of their regularly scheduled meetings.

·        Accepted changes will be available at the Tewksbury Public Library, Town Clerk, Community Development Office and online at www.tewksbury.info.

·        Additional topics of discussion will be at the discretion of the subcommittee chair.
