1. Selectmen’s Office Notifies Boards/ Departments of Workshop
2. Selectmen’s Office will notify abutters with assistance from developer.

1. Subsidy Source Notifies Town

2. Public Workshop

Selectmen formally respond to Subsidy source within 30 days

3. Town Response

Dept of Comm. Development Coordination

4. Formal Comprehensive

Permit Application

5. Town Reviews prior to ZBA

Public Hearing

Public Hearing must be open within 30 days of receiving application

6. ZBA Hearing Process

Decision must be made within 40 days of close of public hearing

7. ZBA Decision

8. Appeal of Decision

(Must be within 20 days

of filing with Town Clerk)
